Dana 44 Front Axle Truss for Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018

This is Artec's original JK Front Axle Truss, a low-profile weld-on brace for the front Dana 44 under 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU models, offered here as a limited closeout. The factory JK housing was never meant for 37s, lockers, and hard landings — the tubes twist and bend long before the gears give up. This truss ties the long side, short side, and center section into one rigid structure using 1/4" and 10-gauge steel with interlocked gussets, and its slim profile stays clear of steering, links, and the oil pan even on Jeeps with as little as 2 inches of lift.

Confirm you have the JK front Dana 44 before ordering — this listing is the 44-axle version. Installation is weld-on and best done with the axle stripped on a bench; builders commonly preheat the cast center section to around 400 degrees before welding, and the bare steel needs paint or powder coat when finished.
