Resonator Deletes
The factory intake resonator is there to quiet the induction tract. It also takes up room in the engine bay and adds restriction ahead of the turbo.
A delete kit removes the resonator box and caps or reroutes the opening cleanly, so you are not left with a hole in the fender or inner liner. You gain a tidier engine bay, easier access, and noticeably more turbo spool.
What to expect
Mostly you will hear it — more induction and turbo noise from the driver's seat. Treat airflow gains as secondary and the sound and packaging as the real reason to do it.
Emissions note
Resonator deletes do not touch emissions equipment. Anything that does is a different category and is not sold here.
