On-Board Air Systems

Guides for this category

What's in On-Board Air Systems

This is a small collection from ReadyLIFT, built around its LOGIQ line: a 2-gallon aluminum air tank with frame mounting kit, pre-assembled AirIQ air management packages (SD1, SD2 and HD2, each with a compressor), and a 2-channel remote control.

Fitment isn't vehicle-tagged, so these are components you pair with your setup.

How to choose

Decide what the air is for before you pick a package.

  • Check the number of channels (1 or 2) against how many separate air circuits you want to control.
  • Compare the SD and HD compressors for your duty cycle.
  • Check the tank mounting and port size.
  • Confirm what your system is designed to run, whether that is air springs, tires or both.

If you only want to air up tires, a stand-alone on-board air compressor is a simpler choice. CO₂ air systems are another option.

Shipping, lead times and warranty

In-stock items ship in 24 to 48 hours. Some are built to order, so check current lead times. ReadyLIFT sets the warranty, and its terms are on the ReadyLIFT warranty page and the vendor warranty page. Call (920) 249-7744 with your setup.

On-Board Air Systems FAQs

What does an air management package include?

These are listed as pre-assembled packages with a compressor and either one or two channels. Check each page for the parts.

What's the difference between the SD and HD packages?

The listings name SD and HD compressors, so the HD is the heavier duty option. Check the specs on each page.

Can I use these to air up my tires?

Check what the package is designed for. Some on-board air setups are meant for suspension, and a tire inflator is a different tool.

Do I need the remote?

The 2-channel remote is a separate item. It's an add-on for packages that work with it.

Do I need a tank?

A tank stores air so you don't run the compressor constantly. Check whether your package works with one.
