Replacement Air Filters

Your intake is only as good as the filter in it. A loaded filter chokes airflow, and on a diesel that shows up as sluggish throttle and rising EGTs long before you see a check-engine light.

These are direct replacement filters for cold air intake systems — oiled cotton gauze and dry synthetic media, both washable and reusable for the life of the vehicle. Replace on a schedule if you run dusty two-tracks or wash-boarded forest road; a filter is cheap, a turbo is not.

Choosing the right replacement filter

Filters are matched to the intake kit, not to the vehicle — two trucks with the same engine can take different filters depending on which intake is installed. Check the part number on your existing filter or the kit number on your intake lid before ordering.

Oiled vs. dry media

Oiled cotton traps finer dust and is the traditional choice for heavy off-road use. Dry media cleans up with soap and water and skips the re-oiling step, which matters if you are running a MAF-equipped gas engine and want to avoid over-oiling.
