What's covered

  • Missing or defective components: if a part breaks, ReadyLIFT sends a new one
  • ReadyLIFT may ask for the old part back at its own cost for analysis, without holding up the replacement
  • Jeep SST and Terrain Flex kits are covered for recreational off-road use

What's not covered

  • Off-road abuse (except Jeep SST and Terrain Flex kits)
  • Discontinued, clearance and outlet items
  • Labor, installation, surcharges and fees
  • Resulting damage to the vehicle

How to make a ReadyLIFT warranty claim

  • Call ReadyLIFT customer service to start a claim (7:30am-4pm MST)
  • ReadyLIFT ships the replacement part, quickly where possible
