Coachbuilder shackles are machined to stay on the truck for the long haul, but the parts that let them pivot — poly bushings, steel center sleeves, and hardware — are wear items. The Coachbuilder Shackle Rebuild Kit replaces all of them in one order, and it’s compatible with every Coachbuilder shackle size, +1" through +4", on 2007–2021 Toyota Tundras. If the rear end has picked up a squeak or the pivot no longer feels as free as the day you installed the shackles, this is the reset button that keeps a proven setup on the road.

Which shackles does this rebuild kit fit?

Every Coachbuilder shackle size — +1", +2", +3", and +4" — sold for 2007-2021 Toyota Tundras. The wear parts are common across the line, so one rebuild kit covers whichever lift you're running. It's meant for Coachbuilder shackles specifically, not factory Toyota shackles.

What exactly comes in the kit?

Replacement Coachbuilder poly bushings, steel center sleeves, a full hardware set of bolts, flat washers, and Nyloc nuts, plus two grease packs used on the bushings and hardware during assembly. In short: every serviceable part of the shackle installation except the billet shackles themselves.

When should I rebuild my Coachbuilder shackles?

The bushings, sleeves, and fasteners are the wear items in the system, so listen to the truck: squeaks from the rear spring eyelets, a pivot that feels sticky, or hardware that's seen years of salt and mud are all good reasons. During the rebuild, grease every contact surface with the supplied packs and torque the shackle bolts to 70 ft-lbs with the truck on the ground.
