Coachbuilder Strut/Coilover Shim | .50" Front Lift | Fits Toyota Tundra 2007–2026 Including TRD Pro | Ekstrom Design

$20.70 $22.77

Most Tundras lean, and Ekstrom Design measured it: the front driver-side corner typically sits about .50" lower than the passenger side. This Coachbuilder strut/coilover shim delivers .50" of lift per corner on the 2007–2026 Toyota Tundra, including TRD Pro models, which makes it the go-to piece for squaring the truck up — two shims on the driver side and one on the passenger side levels it left to right while adding height. The lift comes from a .250"-thick disc of CNC machined T6 6061 billet aluminum working at a 1:2 ratio, not from cranked coilover preload. Hard black anodized and made in the USA.

Features

  • Provides .50" of front lift — 1:2 ratio, .250" actual thickness
  • Corrects the Tundra's typical .50" driver-side lean
  • Two driver side plus one passenger side levels the truck while gaining height
  • Stackable up to two per side for 1.00" of lift (bump stop extension kit recommended)
  • Eliminates the need to add preload to the coilover
  • CNC machined from T6 6061 billet aluminum, hard black anodized
  • Fits 2007–2026 Tundra including TRD Pro
  • Made in the USA by Ekstrom Design & Fabrication Corporation

If your truck runs ADS, Fox 2.5 Series, Icon 2.5 Series, or King coilovers, add the Coachbuilder Shim Bolt Kit (SAE 3/8"); Eibach and OME BP-51 coilovers take the Metric M10 bolt kit. Want the full inch in one purchase? The 1.00" Tundra shim set covers both sides, and the rest of the lineup lives in coil spacers and shims.

Coachbuilder Strut/Coilover Shim | .50" Front Lift | Fits Toyota Tundra 2007–2026 Including TRD Pro | Ekstrom Design FAQs

How do I level the left-to-right lean on my Tundra?

The Tundra usually sits about .50" lower at the front driver-side corner. One shim on the driver side squares the stance, or — per Ekstrom Design's tip — run two shims on the driver side and one on the passenger side to level the truck while also gaining front height. Each listing includes one shim.

Can I stack shims, and is there a limit?

Up to two shims can be used per side, which yields 1.00" of front lift, and a bump stop extension kit is recommended at that height. If you know you want the full inch, the Coachbuilder 1.00" shim set for the 2007-2026 Tundra covers both sides in one purchase.

Which coilovers need which bolt kit?

ADS, Fox 2.5 Series, Icon 2.5 Series, and King coilovers require the Coachbuilder Shim Bolt Kit (SKU CBSBK) in SAE 3/8". Eibach and OME BP-51 coilovers use the Metric M10 bolt kit instead. Factory-style setups aside, confirm your coilover brand before ordering so the right kit ships with your shim.
