The compact 4Banger pods deliver a fog light upgrade engineered specifically for 2021-2023 F-150 trucks. Unlike traditional LED kits that protrude awkwardly, these fit proportionally within the factory fog housing. Development involved extensive prototyping and testing to achieve refined mounting brackets.

Dual-axis optics manage beam width and hot-spot intensity, projecting peak brightness across the road surface. Morimoto's design uses either Nichia or Osram LEDs—producing 1,300 or 3,000 raw lumens per pod respectively. Both exceed factory LED fog light performance while maintaining SAE compliance.

Output options include white for general visibility or yellow for enhanced performance during rain, snow, and fog conditions. Installation requires no vehicle modifications or wiring alterations. The kit includes mounting hardware, stainless steel fasteners, and Deutsch connectors compatible with factory fog light harnesses. LED trucks may utilize optional relay harnesses to preserve active turning functions.

Vertical adjustability spans ±6 degrees, accommodating stock, lowered, or lifted suspensions. Integrated ducting actively cools LED heat sinks during operation, improving lumen retention compared to unventilated alternatives.
