Morimoto Ford F-150 (09-14) XB Evo LED Headlights
Morimoto XB Evo LED Headlights — Ford F-150 (2009–2014)
The XB Evo is Morimoto's flagship housing for the 09-14 F-150: dual Bi-LED projectors running Nichia automotive LEDs, DOT-compliant output, and a patent-pending lens heater that keeps frost off the surface in winter. Below 5°C, four flashes of the high beams turns the heating system on.
A plug-and-play signal swap key lets you set the DRL to white or amber and the turn signal to sequential or fade-off. Everything bolts to the original mounting points and plugs into the factory harness — no dash errors, no interference.

Are these street legal?
Yes. With the standard drivers the XB Evo headlights meet DOT compliance standards. The optional Supercharged drivers boost intensity 30-50% but result in non-compliant levels and are for off-road use only.
Do I need to modify anything to install them?
No. The headlights bolt to the original mounting points and connect to factory wiring without dashboard errors or interference.
Can I change the DRL color and turn signal style?
Yes. The signal swap system uses a plug-and-play key. Daytime running lights operate in white or amber at full intensity, and turn signals can be configured for sequential or fade-off operation.
How does the lens heating work?
A patent-pending heating system warms the lens surface to minimize frost during winter conditions. When temperatures drop below 5°C, activating the system with four high-beam flashes automatically maintains internal temperatures.
