Mercedes Sprinter: LoadSpan-T™ (Gen 2) Roof Rails with L-Track & T-Bolt

$349.00 $399.00

The LoadSpan-T (Gen 2) is a full-length, load-spreading rail system that runs the entire roofline of your Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and distributes weight across the van's factory hard points instead of concentrating it at a few brackets. What sets the Gen 2 apart from the original LoadSpan is its patent-pending DualTrack-T profile: a native L-Track channel and a 25mm T-Slot channel machined side by side into every rail, so you can run L-Track sliders and T-Bolt hardware at the same time from one rail. Machined from anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, it bolts to the Sprinter's OEM roof points with no drilling.

Key Features

  • DualTrack-T dual-channel profile: native L-Track plus a parallel 25mm T-Slot, both usable simultaneously with no adapter plates
  • Full-length, load-spreading design that spans front to back to reduce point stress on the roof
  • Anodized 6061-T6 aluminum construction for strength and corrosion resistance
  • Direct bolt-on to factory roof hard points, fully reversible, no drilling
  • Ships with M8 sliders and butyl sealing tape for a weather-tight install
  • Accepts standard M6 and M8 hardware in the T-Slot channel

Fitment & Compatibility

Fits the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter on the VS30 chassis (2019 to present). The LSPAN-SPR-144-T is cut for the 144" wheelbase and the LSPAN-SPR-170-T is cut for the 170" wheelbase. Both standard-roof and high-roof heights are compatible, as are cargo and passenger models. Not compatible with 2018-and-earlier NCV3 Sprinters. If you want L-Track only without the T-Slot channel, see our LoadSpan (Gen 1) Roof Rails.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between LoadSpan-T (Gen 2) and the original LoadSpan (Gen 1)?
Gen 1 has a single native L-Track channel. Gen 2 (LoadSpan-T) adds a parallel 25mm T-Slot channel alongside the L-Track, so you can mount L-Track accessories and T-Bolt hardware on the same rail at the same time.

Will it fit my Sprinter?
It fits 2019-and-newer VS30 Sprinters in 144" or 170" wheelbase, standard or high roof, cargo or passenger. It does not fit 2018-and-older NCV3 Sprinters.

Do I have to drill my roof?
No. The rails bolt directly to the Sprinter's factory roof hard points and the install is fully reversible. Plan on about 60 to 90 minutes with basic hand tools.

How much can it hold?
Rated to 330 lb dynamic while driving and 661 lb static while parked. That ceiling is set by the Sprinter roof itself, not the rail; the capacity figure includes the weight of the rails and everything mounted to them.

What can I mount to it?
Any L-Track accessory plus any T-Bolt hardware. It pairs directly with our DualTrack-T Cross Bar Kit and DeckSpan roof deck panels, plus L-Track sliders, tie-down rings, and gear hooks from our Sprinter collection.
