About DVA Mechanics

DVA Mechanics was founded in 2024 and is led by founder and CEO Nora Elder. Rather than adapting universal hardware, DVA designs each part for one vehicle and tests it on the team's own trucks before it goes on sale.

The parts bolt on without drilling and are meant to look factory-installed. DVA's best-known piece is the patent-pending DualTrack-T rail, which puts an L-track channel and a T-slot channel on the same bar.

What we carry from DVA Mechanics

For the INEOS Grenadier: roof rails, DualTrack-T and DualTrack-T MAX crossbar kits, ladder and side carriers for Hi-Lift jacks and recovery boards, exterior utility belts and MOLLE panels, light bars, side lights and the front bumper light mount, DTP power cables and the utility hub, manual and power side steps, a spare tire utility system, window deflectors, a fire extinguisher mount, traction board mounts and a rear spoiler.

For the 2019+ Sprinter (VS30), DVA's LoadSpan and LoadSpan-T roof rails, DualTrack-T crossbars, DeckSpan panels and the fully walkable roof deck fit our adventure van lineup. The L-track hardware and Starlink Mini mounts and cables work on most anything.

How to choose

DVA's catalog is narrow on purpose, which makes choosing easier than usual.

• Check the vehicle first. Most DVA parts fit only the Grenadier or only the Sprinter; the L-track hardware and Starlink Mini gear are the exceptions.
• The system is modular. Start with crossbars or a carrier and add mounts to the same L-track and T-slot rails later.
• DTP power accessories plug into the Grenadier's factory auxiliary connectors, so lights and devices go in without splicing.
• On the Grenadier, Gen 2 DualTrack-T MAX uses 25mm T-slot. Match accessories to the slot you have.

Lead times & shipping

In-stock items ship from NVMOS in 24–48 hours. Some DVA items ship direct from the brand or are built to order, so check the product page for availability or call us and we'll tell you where your order stands. Current estimates live on our lead times page; they're estimates, and they change. DVA says it processes orders in 1–2 business days, with US delivery usually 2–5 business days after that.

DVA Mechanics warranty

Every DVA product carries a 1-year limited warranty from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, and LoadSpan-T roof rails also carry a limited lifetime structural warranty.
