Mercedes Sprinter: DualTrack-T™ Cross Bar Rail Kit with L-Track & T-Bolt

The DualTrack-T Cross Bar Kit gives your Mercedes-Benz Sprinter two full-width load bars that carry L-Track sliders and 25mm T-Slot hardware at the same time, so you never have to commit to one mounting standard. Each bar is extruded from high-grade aluminum with a black powder-coat finish and a curved-edge profile that deflects airflow to cut wind noise at highway speed. The bars bolt on with basic hand tools and mount to our LoadSpan rails, factory OEM rails, or most aftermarket Sprinter rails.

Fitment & Compatibility

Fits Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans equipped with longitudinal roof rails, in both high-roof and low-roof configurations. It bolts directly to our LoadSpan-T (Gen 2) and LoadSpan (Gen 1) rails. If you are mounting to factory OEM longitudinal rails, you'll also want the T-Bolt Mounting Kit, which supplies the OEM-channel hardware; the standard mounting hardware in this kit covers LoadSpan and most aftermarket rails.

Can I use L-Track and T-Bolt accessories at the same time?
Yes. The DualTrack-T profile runs an L-Track channel and a 25mm T-Slot channel side by side down the full length of each bar, so you can mount L-Track sliders, T-Slot hardware, or both at once with no adapter plates.

What does it mount to?
Our LoadSpan and LoadSpan-T rails, factory OEM Sprinter longitudinal rails, or most aftermarket Sprinter roof rails. For OEM factory rails, add the T-Bolt Mounting Kit for the correct channel hardware.

How much weight can two bars carry?
The 2-bar kit is rated to 300 lb static (parked) and 150 lb dynamic (while driving).

Will the bars make wind noise?
The curved-edge profile is shaped to deflect airflow and reduce whistle at highway speed, which matters on a Sprinter that gets driven every day rather than only on weekends.

Is drilling required?
No. It's a no-drill bolt-on install taking about 30 minutes per rail with basic hand tools, and it's fully reversible.
