DVA handles warranty claims and returns by email at support@dvamechanics.com, with your order number and photos or video of the issue. DVA says it replies within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday.

Limited supply remaining. These are DVA Mechanics' original LoadSpan rails: full-length extruded aluminum roof rails with a native L-Track channel for the 2019+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. They bolt to the factory roof hard points, spread load along the whole roofline instead of concentrating it at a few points, and install in about an hour with no drilling.
Want 25 mm T-Slot as well as L-Track in the same rail? Step up to LoadSpan-T (Gen 2).

Roof Load
Mercedes-Benz's current U.S. guidance for the Sprinter cargo van lists 331 lb (150 kg) dynamic and 661 lb (300 kg) static when parked level, for Standard and High roofs. Rails and all accessories count toward that limit. Always use the lowest documented limit for your exact van.

Which Sprinters do these fit?
2019+ VS30 Sprinters in 144, 170 and 170 Extended, Standard or High roof. Not 2007-2018 NCV3 vans.
What's the difference between LoadSpan and LoadSpan-T?
LoadSpan has an L-Track channel. LoadSpan-T (Gen 2) adds a 25 mm T-Slot alongside the L-Track so you can run both kinds of hardware on one rail.
Do I need to drill?
No. They bolt to the factory roof hard points and can be removed to return the van to stock.
