Superduty Crossover Steering Kit with 7/8" JMX Rod Ends
This kit supplies everything needed to build the tie rod and drag link for a Ford Super Duty Dana 60 crossover steering conversion: JMX 7/8" rod ends, wrench-flat tube adapters, jam nuts, high-misalignment spacers, and heavy 1.5" OD x 1/4"-wall 1026 DOM tubing. It is the purpose-matched companion to Artec's Superduty crossover weld-on high steer arms, giving a swapped one-ton front end linkage that stands up to big tires instead of factory-style bent rods.

This is a build kit, not a bolt-on: you cut the DOM to your measurements, drill or ream the pitman arm to 3/4", and weld the tube adapters, then set toe-in to roughly 1/16"-1/8". What high steer arms does this kit pair with?
It is designed around Artec's Superduty crossover weld-on high steer arms for 1999-2004 and 2005+ knuckles, and it complements Artec's Super Duty Dana 60 swap kits. The rod ends, spacers, and tube lengths are matched to that arm geometry.
How much fabrication should I expect?
Plan on cutting the DOM tubing to your measured lengths, drilling or reaming the pitman arm to 3/4", threading the adapters, and welding the tube adapters into the links. After assembly, set toe-in to about 1/16"-1/8" and torque the jam nuts.
How long can the finished links be?
The supplied 48" and 54" DOM blanks build a drag link up to roughly 54" and a tie rod up to roughly 59-60" overall before trimming. Measure your knuckle-to-knuckle and pitman-to-arm spans first to confirm that covers your axle width.
