The Wrangler 392 and Gladiator Mojave wear a taller, more sculpted hood than the rest of the JL and JT lineup, which is exactly why generic hood light brackets sit crooked on them. Artec Industries laser-scanned that specific hood contour and built this mount around it, so a full-width 40-inch single-stud LED light bar sits flat, centered, and ditch-to-ditch across the hood line. The bracket is CNC laser cut and bent from 10-gauge steel, powder coated in OEM-texture black, and bolts on in about 15 minutes with no drilling.

Why can't I just use the standard JL/JT hood light mount?
The Wrangler 392 and Gladiator Mojave use a hood profile that differs from every other JL and JT trim. Artec laser-scanned that specific contour and bent this bracket to match, so the bar sits flush and centered. On a 392 or Mojave, the standard-hood version simply will not seat correctly — and vice versa.
What light bar do I need, and is one included?
The mount accepts most 40" LED light bars that attach with a single center stud; the bar itself is not included. Before ordering, check that your bar uses a single-stud mount rather than end brackets.
Does installation require drilling or cutting?
No. The bracket bolts directly to the hood area using the included OEM-style black-coated hardware and spacers, and most installs take about 15 minutes with hand tools. The powder-coated finish needs no additional paint.
