Crossover Weld-On High Steer Arms for 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty

$296.99

Built for 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 knuckles, these weld-on crossover high steer arms clean up the steering geometry that a one-ton swap under a linked rig throws off. The over-the-knuckle design lifts the tie rod and drag link, allows a dead-straight tie rod with no bends, and clears even deep fabricated diff covers. Laser-cut from 1/4" steel and CNC-bent, they assemble in three configurations so you can match the arms to your ride height and linkage. Sold as a pair.

Features

  • Laser-cut 1/4" steel, CNC-bent, designed off 3D-scanned factory knuckles
  • Three assembly configurations to dial in drag link and tie rod geometry
  • Straight, bend-free tie rod path that clears deep differential covers
  • 3/4" bolt holes for uncompromising steering strength
  • Knuckle bolts and tapered spacers included
  • Welds directly to factory 1999-2004 Super Duty knuckles

Note the fitment line: the 1992-1997 Ford knuckle is a completely different casting and will not work, and these target link-style (coil/link) suspensions rather than leaf-sprung trucks. Welding to the cast knuckle should be handled by a professional, and the bare steel needs paint afterward. Build the linkage with the Superduty Crossover Steering Kit, or compare the Full Hydro Weld-On High Steer Arms if you are running a ram. More options in tie rods and steering.

Crossover Weld-On High Steer Arms for 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty FAQs

Will these fit my Super Duty knuckles?

They fit factory 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 knuckles. The 1992-1997 Ford knuckle is a completely different casting and will not work, and 2005+ knuckles use Artec's separate 05+ arm. They are intended for link-style suspensions rather than leaf-sprung setups.

What do the three configurations mean?

The arms can be assembled in three different variations, letting you position the drag link and tie rod joints to suit your ride height, arm clearance, and linkage layout. You pick the configuration during mock-up before final welding.

What is the recommended install process?

The arms weld directly to the cast knuckle, so this is fabricator territory: clean and prep the surfaces, tack in position, then fully weld — preheating the knuckle and cooling it slowly reduces cracking risk. Prime or powder coat the bare steel when the welding is finished.
