The Artec Hardcore Diff Cover for the M210 front axle bolts thick nodular-iron armor over the factory Dana 44 (M210) under the Jeep Wrangler JL (2018+) and Gladiator JT (2020+). On a rig running 35s and up, the front pumpkin takes constant abuse on ledges and off-camber rock, and the factory stamped cover is the weak point. Modeled from 3D scan data of the M210 housing, this cover fits precisely, seals cleanly, and keeps the ring, pinion, and front locker protected.

Does this fit the Gladiator as well as the Wrangler JL?
Yes. It fits the Dana 44 / M210 (210mm) front axle used in both the Jeep Wrangler JL from 2018 and the Gladiator JT from 2020. If your JL is a non-Rubicon with the lighter M186 Dana 30 front, use Artec's M186-D30 cover instead — the axle tag confirms which one you have.
Will it clear an aftermarket selectable locker like an ARB?
The casting is shaped from 3D scans of the factory housing and designed around the stock M210 carrier, so it holds close tolerances by design. If you run an aftermarket selectable locker, confirm clearance for your specific carrier before installation.
What hardware and torque does the install use?
The included high-strength steel fasteners install with 5/16" and 3/8" Allen keys, torqued to 20-30 ft-lbs in a star sequence. Seal the machined flange with RTV or a Lube Locker gasket — not included — then refill through the magnetic fill plug. No welding is needed.
