Front Axle Coil Bracket Replacement for Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ, XJ & ZJ
Bent and rust-thinned front axle brackets are why so many older Jeeps steer vaguely and eat track bar bushings. This Artec Coil Bracket Replacement retires the factory front axle brackets on the Dana 30 under the Wrangler TJ/LJ, Cherokee XJ, and Grand Cherokee ZJ — and the Rubicon Dana 44 in the TJ/LJ — with one CNC-formed weld-on assembly. It combines the coil bucket, shock mount, track bar bracket, anti-sway bar mount, and steering stabilizer mount in a single piece of 3/16" steel that is 50% thicker than the stamped originals, and it holds the exact factory bracket width so your truss, gussets, and bolt-on brackets still fit.
Features
- 3/16" mild steel — 50% thicker than the factory brackets
- One assembly replaces the coil bucket, shock, track bar, sway bar, and stabilizer mounts
- Matches the exact factory bracket width, so trusses and gussets need no modification
- Tabbed-and-slotted pieces self-locate for accurate assembly before welding
- CNC-cut and CNC-bent flanges for clean, repeatable fit-up
- Fits the Dana 30 in TJ, LJ, XJ, and ZJ, plus the Rubicon Dana 44 in TJ and LJ
- Optional LCA brackets with a CAM slot or standard 9/16" hole; sold as a pair
Pick your variant: brackets alone, or with lower control arm brackets in CAM-slot or 9/16"-hole style. Everything is weld-on, so budget for competent welding and paint over the bare steel. It plays well with the front axle truss for TJ/LJ/ZJ, and the TJ front axle UCA replacement finishes the upper mounts. More spring-seat hardware lives in the coil springs collection.
