1-Ton APEX Rear Axle Swap Brackets for Jeep Gladiator JT 2020+
The 1-Ton APEX Rear Axle Swap Brackets are Artec's complete weld-on bracket system for hanging a one-ton rear axle under a 2020-and-newer Jeep Gladiator JT. Instead of a truss cut for a single housing, this set fits practically any axle with a 3.5" tube — 14 bolt, Sterling 10.5, or a custom 9-inch build. The coil brackets and bumpstop pads combine into an axle-tube truss, which stiffens the housing and gives every remaining bracket a rigid, indexed base to weld from. It is the flexible route for fabricators who already have a donor axle picked out.
Features
- Works on nearly any one-ton axle with a 3.5" (or similar) axle tube
- Coil brackets and bumpstop pads join into an axle-tube truss for rigidity and easier bracket placement
- Precision CNC cut from 1/4" and 3/16" steel, then CNC bent for accurate fitment
- Complete set: upper and lower control arm mounts, shock mounts, anti-sway bar mounts, trackbar mount, bumpstop pads, and coil spring mounts
- Integrated tube truss welds faster than a pile of individual brackets
- Trackbar mount drilled with 3 hole locations for aftermarket lift heights (no stock-height hole)
- Made in USA by Artec Industries
Measure your donor's axle tube diameter — the set is designed around 3.5" tubes — and plan for a lifted ride height, since the trackbar mount omits a stock-height hole. All welding should be done by an experienced fabricator. If you would rather have a full peaked-top truss matched to your axle, step up to the JT APEX Rear Sterling Truss Swap Kit or the JT APEX Rear 9-Inch Truss Swap Kit. See every option in the complete axle sets collection.
1-Ton APEX Rear Axle Swap Brackets for Jeep Gladiator JT 2020+ FAQs
Which axles will these brackets work on?
Practically any one-ton rear axle with a 3.5" axle tube or similar, which covers the common GM 14 bolt and Ford Sterling 10.5 housings. Because the set indexes off the tube rather than a specific casting, it adapts to many donors. Measure your tube diameter before ordering.
Do these include a truss?
The coil brackets and bumpstop pads combine into an axle-tube truss that stiffens the housing and gives the other brackets a rigid base. If you want Artec's full peaked-top APEX truss matched to your specific axle, choose a complete truss swap kit for the Sterling or 9-inch instead.
Why is there no stock-height trackbar hole?
The trackbar mount is drilled with 3 hole locations sized for aftermarket lift heights, because a one-ton rear swap is built to run with a lift. Pick the hole that best corrects your trackbar angle at your ride height. Installation is weld-on and should be handled by an experienced fabricator.
