The Artec Industries 3.0" Bushing Kit with Sleeve is the widest of Artec's weld-in poly pivot kits — a machined seamless-DOM outer sleeve, zinc-plated inner sleeve, and Daystar polyurethane bushings built for suspension links, motor and transmission mounts, and custom fabrication. The extra width suits wider brackets and mounts where a 2" or 2.63" joint would leave slop, while the heavy sleeve wall keeps the pivot from splitting no matter how hard the joint cycles.

What bolt size does it take?
The zinc-plated inner sleeve has a 9/16" bore, sized for a 9/16" bolt — a 1/2" bolt also works through it. Pick your hardware to suit the joint loads on your build.
Do I need to weld it in?
Yes. The 2.0" OD, .250"-wall DOM outer sleeve is made to be welded into your bracket, tube, or mount, so proper welding is required. The thick wall is specifically there so the sleeve does not split or distort during welding or under load.
Can I grease and rebuild it?
Yes on both counts. The sleeve is drilled and threaded for the included .250" grease zerk, so the Daystar polyurethane stays lubricated, and worn bushings can be swapped for fresh Daystar replacements without touching the welded sleeve.
