How is it different from the 2" and 3.0" kits?

All three share the 2.0" OD, .250"-wall seamless DOM sleeve, Daystar polyurethane, and a grease zerk; this 2.63" version matches Artec's large link brackets, the 3.0" suits wider mounts, and the 2" kit fits narrower joints with 7/16" or 1/2" bore options. This kit's bore is 9/16".
Does installation require welding?
Yes — the outer sleeve welds into your bracket, link end, or mount, so plan on proper welding for the install. After that, the inner sleeve, poly bushings, and included zerk fitting assemble by hand and the joint is fully serviceable.
