APEX Stock Track Bar Bracket for Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018
The factory front track bar bracket on a Jeep Wrangler JK is one of the most abused pieces on the axle, and once it flexes or cracks it becomes a classic death wobble contributor. Artec's APEX Stock Track Bar Bracket replaces it with a CNC laser-cut, CNC-bent 1/4" mild steel mount that keeps the track bar at the factory height while adding real strength to the front Dana 30 or Dana 44 housing. It is engineered to integrate with Artec's late-2019-and-newer APEX front truss, and it works just as well on an untrussed axle.
Features
- 1/4" mild steel, CNC laser cut and bent for a precise weld-on fit
- Replaces the factory track bar bracket on the JK front Dana 30 or Dana 44
- Retains the stock track bar mounting height (non-raised)
- Integrates with the Artec APEX front truss (late 2019 onward) or a bare axle
- Raises the factory sway bar mount 1.75"
- Lets you rotate the steering damper to the top side of the tie rod for clearance
- Made in the USA
Fits 2007-2018 Wrangler JK and JKU front axles — Dana 30 on Sport/Sahara, Dana 44 on Rubicon. It does not fit first-generation Artec trusses built before November 2019, so confirm your truss version before ordering. This is a weld-on bracket in bare steel: plan on professional welding to the housing and paint after install. Running 2" of lift or more? Step up to the JK APEX Raised Track Bar Bracket, pair either with the JK APEX Front Axle Truss, and see the rest of our track bar brackets.

APEX Stock Track Bar Bracket for Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018 FAQs
Will this work with my first-generation Artec truss?
No. This bracket is designed only for the newer APEX front truss produced from late 2019 onward, or for an axle with no truss at all. If your Artec truss was made before November 2019, it will not fit — check your truss version before ordering.
Should I buy the stock or the raised version?
Choose this stock-height bracket if your JK sits at or near factory ride height, since it keeps the original track bar geometry. If you are running 2.0" of lift or more, the JK APEX Raised Track Bar Bracket corrects roll-center geometry for the added height and is the better pick.
Is welding required, and can it really fix death wobble?
Yes, this is a weld-on bracket that replaces the factory piece, and welding to an axle housing should be done by someone experienced. A cracked or flexing factory track bar bracket is a common death wobble contributor, so restoring a rigid 1/4" steel mount removes that variable — provided your steering and suspension components are otherwise in good shape. The bracket ships in bare steel, so paint it after welding.
