Tube Link Mount Large (Single)

$54.99

The Artec Industries Tube Link Mount Large mounts a lower control arm to 1.75" OD tubing, giving fabricators a heavy, finished-looking link tab instead of a flat plate welded to a tube. Its 2.625" mounting width takes common cartridge joints straight out of the box, and the tapered body transitions smoothly off the tube so rocks slide past rather than grabbing bracket edges. Bolt a joint in to hold the correct width, tack the bracket in place, and the geometry sets itself.

Features

  • Made from 1/4" boxed steel plate for strength at a loaded lower-link pickup
  • Shaped to weld onto 1.75" outside-diameter tubing
  • 2.625" mounting width with a 9/16" bolt hole for Johnny, Flex, and Ballistic-style cartridge joints
  • Hole can be drilled out for 1.25" rod ends with misalignment spacers
  • Bottom skid plate wraps the joint against direct impact without restricting travel
  • Top grease-fitting access keeps the joint serviceable once welded
  • Bottom seam left open by the jig for a clean, continuous weld

Confirm your crossmember or link tube is 1.75" OD and your joint measures 2.625" wide before ordering; the part ships bare and needs paint after welding. For 2.0" tube and 7/8" rod ends, use the Tube Link Mount Small instead, and pair this tab with frame-side mounts like the Lower Link Frame Bracket. Find the rest of the line in frame brackets and the Artec Industries collection.

Tube Link Mount Large (Single) FAQs

Which joints fit this mount?

The 2.625" mounting width and 9/16" bolt hole fit common cartridge joints such as Johnny, Flex, and Ballistic styles out of the box. If you run 1.25" rod ends instead, drill the hole out and use high-misalignment spacers to make up the width.

How do I get the mounting width right when welding?

Bolt your joint into the bracket before you tack it — the joint holds the bracket sides at the correct 2.625" width while you position everything on the tube. The jig leaves the bottom seam open, so once the fit is confirmed you can run a clean, continuous bead.

Small or Large — which do I need?

Match the bracket to your tube and joint. The Large welds to 1.75" OD tube and carries 2.625" cartridge joints or drilled-out 1.25" rod ends; the Small welds to 2.0" OD tube at a 1.75" width for 7/8" rod ends. Both are weld-on singles, so order per link end.
