Morimoto Bigbanger LED Pods — HXB Combo Beam

Same 7,000-lumen Osram HX Boost engine as the HXB Spot, but with a combo optic instead. You keep a usable hot spot for distance and gain the wider spread that makes fast trail driving comfortable rather than tunnel-visioned.

White output measures 210,000 Cd. The pod is built around a copper DTP PCB and sealed to IP69K, and pods can be linked into a custom bar. All figures below are per pod.

Combo or spot on a Bigbanger?

Both use the same 7,000-lumen Osram HX Boost engine. Combo spreads more light to the sides at 210,000 Cd, which is easier to drive behind on trails. Spot concentrates it for outright distance.

Can I build a light bar from these?

Yes. Bigbangers can be linked together into a tailored bar, or run individually. You also choose beam pattern and white or yellow output.

How much current does one pod pull?

5.55A at 13.5V DC stabilized and 8.15A at startup, on a 9-18V DC input through an integrated Deutsch DT 4-pin connector.

How weatherproof are they?

IP69K rated against dust and high-pressure water, with a copper DTP PCB for heat management, a powdercoated die-cast aluminum housing and a Makrolon polycarbonate lens.
