If your F-150 left the factory with H11 halogen headlamps, this harness is what lets you run genuine Ford OEM LED headlights on it. No cutting, no splicing, and no modifications to the factory harness.
Everything stays under the original cabin controls, with outputs landing directly on Ford's multi-pin connectors at the back of each headlight. Both low and high beams work as they should. The July 2018 revision fixed the inconsistent performance seen on earlier versions, so it now runs reliably across different truck BCM systems.
