These are Morimoto's A-pillar ditch light brackets (BAF034) for the 2019+ Ram HD. They are precision laser-cut for a secure pod fit and install without modifications to the truck.
Material is 304 stainless steel with a powder-coated finish, so they hold up to rugged terrain and harsh weather. Pods are sold separately, and the brackets accept units from several major brands.
