Big Days designed the crossbar channels on its chase racks around three sizes of slide-in nut — one, two, and three hole — and this kit is the three-hole version. The nut slips into the T-track channel that runs through every Chase Rack System crossbar, slides to wherever your mount needs it, and locks down solid once the bolts are torqued. Keep one in the toolbox and a stripped or missing nut never stalls a rack reconfiguration the night before a ride.
Features
- Three-hole slide-in T-nut for Big Days crossbar T-track channels
- Locks securely in the channel when tightened — no drilling, no adhesives
- Repositions along the bar for exact mount placement
- Direct replacement for the three-hole nuts used across Big Days builds
- Pair with the 2-hole or 1-hole kit to cover every bolt pattern on the rack
Fitment is rack-based, not truck-based: the T-track channel is common across Big Days build tiers, so bed length doesn't matter here. Choose by the hole count of the mount or bracket you're securing. Rounding out a build? The full Big Days lineup covers mounts, offset kits, and the in-bed moto ramp.
Small Parts FAQs
Will the 3 Hole T-Nut Kit work with my rack build?
Yes — any Big Days Chase Rack System crossbar accepts it. The T-track channel design is shared across Starter, Essential, Pro, and Elite builds, and Big Days engineered those channels around 1-, 2-, and 3-hole slide-in nuts. Truck make and bed length play no role in fitment.
How does the T-nut install, and can I move it later?
Slide it into the crossbar channel, line it up with your mount's three bolt holes, and torque the fasteners — the nut locks in the channel as it tightens. It's fully reversible: back the bolts off and the nut slides free, which is what makes seasonal mount swaps quick.
What's the difference between the 1-, 2-, and 3-hole T-nut kits?
Hole count only. Each kit is the same style of slide-in channel nut with one, two, or three mounting points, and the right choice is whichever matches the bolt pattern on the accessory or bracket you're securing. This kit is the three-hole version — the largest of the set.
