The 4-Link Tube and End Kit supplies the joint hardware to fabricate a four-link suspension from scratch: rod ends, weld-in threaded tube adapters, jam nuts, and high-misalignment spacers in matched sizes, ready for whatever geometry your solid-axle Jeep, truck, or buggy needs. The rod ends are heat- and cryogenically-treated chromoly, and three configurations let you balance strength, weight, and budget — all 1.25" Pro Krawler Joints, all 1.25" rod ends, or 7/8" uppers over 1.25" lowers.
Features
- Heat- and cryogenically-treated chromoly rod ends for hard use
- Lower ends: 2 RH and 2 LH 1.25"-12 tpi rod ends with 1.0" bore
- Upper ends: 2 RH and 2 LH at 7/8"-14 tpi with 3/4" bore, or 1.25" depending on configuration
- Weld-in tube adapters with machined wrench flats for easy adjustment
- Eight stainless 3/4"-to-9/16" wide high-misalignment spacers for maximum articulation
- Jam nuts included for every rod end
- Made in the USA
Link tubing is not included: the 1.25" adapters weld into 1.5" ID / 2.0" OD DOM and the 7/8" adapters into 1.0" ID / 1.5" OD DOM, cut to the lengths your geometry calls for, so this is squarely a fabricator's kit. 4-Link Tube and End Kit FAQs
Is link tubing included in the kit?
No. The kit provides the rod ends, weld-in tube adapters, jam nuts, and spacers — you supply DOM tube cut to your lengths. Use 1.5" ID / 2.0" OD tube for the 1.25" ends and 1.0" ID / 1.5" OD tube for the 7/8" ends.
Which of the three configurations should I choose?
All-1.25" setups give the most strength for heavy or high-horsepower rigs, while 7/8" uppers over 1.25" lowers save weight and cost where the upper links carry less load. The Pro Krawler Joint option upgrades the lowers to rebuildable high-misalignment joints for maximum articulation.
Do I need to weld to build these links?
Yes. The threaded tube adapters weld into your link tubing, so this is a fabricator's kit that assumes cutting, fitting, and quality welding. Once assembled, the threaded ends and jam nuts let you fine-tune link length on the vehicle.
