The factory outer tie rod ends are the weak link once a Tundra runs bigger tires, a lift, or regular trail miles — they flex and wear, and bring bump steer and uneven tire wear along with them. This Coachbuilder kit bolts in as a direct replacement with 7075-T6 billet aluminum arms and 7/8″ forged 4130 chromoly rod ends, adds up to 30% more steering travel, and keeps toe stable as the suspension cycles. No modifications, designed and machined in the USA.

On factory spindles, 17″ wheels need +25mm offset or less and 18″ need +35mm or less; 20″ and larger clear at any offset. On aftermarket spindles, run 18″ wheels at 0mm or less, or 20″ at +25mm or less.
