The Artec Industries JL Replacement HD Rear LCA Frame Bracket fixes one of the Wrangler JL's most predictable failure points: the frame-side rear lower control arm mount that gets crushed when a 35 hangs up on a ledge or a lifted rig loads the suspension hard. Rather than hammer the factory stamping back into shape, this bracket replaces it with 1/4" boxed steel plate, CNC laser cut and bent straight from Jeep's 3D OE data so the arm lands back exactly on its stock pickup point. A built-in skid takes future hits for the joint, and a top-access grease fitting means the repair does not cost you serviceability.

Fitment is the rear lower control arm frame mount on the Jeep Wrangler JL, 2018 and up; measure your arm hardware against the 9/16" bolt and 2.625" mount width before ordering, and note the Gladiator uses the separate JT HD Rear LCA Frame Bracket. Will this fit my Wrangler or Gladiator?
This bracket is for the rear lower control arm frame mount on the Jeep Wrangler JL, 2018 and up, matching the factory 2.625" mount width and 9/16" bolt. The Gladiator JT rear frame is different — use Artec's JT Replacement HD Rear LCA Frame Bracket for that truck.
Can I install it without welding?
No. This is a weld-in bracket: the crushed or torn factory mount is removed and this one is welded to the frame following Artec's instructions. Frame welding that locates a suspension arm is structural work, so have it done by a competent welder and paint the finished area against rust.
Will I still be able to grease the control arm joint?
Yes. The bracket is designed with a top-access grease fitting so the joint stays serviceable after installation, and the integrated skid underneath protects the joint from impacts without restricting how far the arm can move.
