Neither — it's a chrome delete overlay that adheres over the chrome section of the factory rear bumper with 3M automotive-grade tape. Nothing is removed or drilled, the OEM bumper stays in place, and the tape is engineered so the overlay won't shift or fall off over time.
How do the color-matched finishes hold up against my paint?
Ice Cap and Magnetic Gray Metallic are checked against the prime Toyota color code, but paint age and factory variation mean a perfect match can't be guaranteed — and returns aren't accepted for color-match issues. If you want a dead-on match, order the Paintable version (it needs prep) and have it sprayed to your code.
