Nothing dates a 3rd Gen Tundra faster than the big chrome mustache framing the grille. EcoOlogical's Grille Surround Chrome Delete Overlay for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra covers that bright trim with a durable ABS/TPO shell that installs right over the factory surround using 3M automotive-grade tape. It is an overlay, not a grille replacement — no grille removal, no drilling, no permanent modification — and once bonded it will not shift or peel. The result is a clean, blacked-out or color-matched face in an afternoon.
Features
- Fits the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra grille surround (3rd Gen)
- High-quality ABS or TPO plastic construction, made in the USA
- Installs over the factory chrome with 3M automotive-grade tape
- Overlay design — not a grille replacement, fully reversible
- Gloss Black, Matte Black, Ice Cap (040), Armor Coated (bed-lined), Magnetic Grey Metallic (1G3) acrylic, or Paintable ABS
- Covers chrome that is already pitted, peeling, or scratched
- Dry-fit recommended on color-matched finishes before final install
Color-matched parts are checked against the prime color code, but factory paint varies by plant and age, so color-match returns are not accepted — dry-fit first. Make it a full chrome-delete set with the Tundra Fog Lamp Bezel Overlay and Window Trim Shellz, or browse more grilles and grille inserts and the full Toyota Tundra collection.

2022-2026 Toyota Tundra Grille Surround Chrome Delete Overlay FAQs
Is this a whole new grille?
No — it is an overlay, not a grille replacement. The shell installs directly over your factory grille surround with 3M automotive-grade tape, so the OEM part stays in place underneath. You get the chrome delete look without buying and swapping an entire grille assembly, and the truck can go back to stock.
How does it stay on, and will it hold up?
It bonds with 3M automotive-grade tape, the same class of adhesive used to attach factory body trim. Clean and degrease the chrome, dry-fit the overlay, then press it on firmly — once cured it will not fall off or shift over time, through weather, highway speeds, or car washes.
Will a color-matched finish match my paint perfectly?
Color-matched parts are checked against the prime color code, but factory paint can vary with vehicle age and build plant, so a perfect match is not guaranteed and returns are not accepted for color-match issues. Dry-fit before installing — or order Paintable ABS and have your body shop spray it to your exact truck.
