What's covered
- All products: manufacturing defects and performance as advertised when installed and used correctly
- Lights: LED (diode) failure and wiring failure inside the light
- Lights with replaceable pods: a replacement pod is sent
- Integrated light systems: the whole unit is replaced
What's not covered
- Improper use, neglect, abuse or accidents
- Improper installation (e.g. cut connectors, reversed polarity on lights)
- Physical impact damage to lights
- Labor to remove or reinstall
How to make a Ecoological warranty claim
- Call customer service (ext. 0) or email within 30 days of receiving the order
- Give your order number and the reason
- Get a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back
