Dana 60 Full Hydro Ram Mount (No Truss)

Your hydraulic ram and tie rod are the most exposed, most expensive parts of a full-hydro front end, and this Artec Industries mount protects them while putting the ram exactly where it belongs on a front Dana 60. Offered in housing-specific versions for Chevy, Dodge, and Ford ('78-'79 and '85-'91.5) kingpin 60s, the 1/4" mild steel mount clamps a double-ended ram to the housing and doubles as a skid that spans the axle tube end to end, guarding the diff opening and stiffening the housing against bending. This is the mount only — no truss included.

Order the variant matching your housing — note the Dodge version is intended for passenger-side-drop Dodge kingpin axles — and expect minor fitting on axles with casting variations. Installation is weld-on and should only be attempted by a competent welder: mock-fit, align the ram shaft with the tie rod, then stitch-weld in stages to avoid warping the housing.
