How to make a SXTH Element warranty claim

- Ship the part in, freight prepaid, for inspection
- Allow about 1-5 weeks; fixed or replaced items ship to the original order address unless you ask otherwise

The trailSHIELD is a filter wrap that acts as a prefilter in front of your SXTH Element intake air filter. It catches dust, dirt and debris before they reach the main filter, so the filter stays cleaner longer and breathes easier. It is meant for off-road driving and high-dust environments, where a filter can load up quickly.
The wrap is made from a durable, water-resistant material that sheds splashes and light moisture while still allowing full airflow. When it gets dirty, you wash it and reuse it. By capturing fine particles first, it reduces maintenance on the main filter and extends that filter's life, which is the practical payoff: more consistent performance without cleaning the main element as often.
Fitment
It fits over the air filter of SXTH Element intakes for the Toyota Tacoma, 4Runner, Tundra, Sequoia and Land Cruiser. Vehicle years follow the SXTH Element intake for each platform. The source does not give wrap dimensions, so contact us if you want to confirm it for your filter size.
Care
