- Defects in workmanship or base materials only
- SXTH chooses to repair, replace or refund
What's not covered
- Wear parts such as bearings, non-metal bushings, brake pads/rotors and filters
- Modification, misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorized repair
- Racing/competition and off-road use
- Shipping/storage damage, accidents, abuse and acts of God
- Heat yellowing of resin on carbon fiber (treated as normal)
How to make a SXTH Element warranty claim
- Fill out the warranty form on SXTH's warranty page
- A rep replies within 3 business days
- Ship the part in, freight prepaid, for inspection
- Allow about 1-5 weeks; fixed or replaced items ship to the original order address unless you ask otherwise
