What's covered

- RCI inspects the part and decides whether to repair or replace it

This front lip fills the gap between the stock Forester bumper and an RCI front skid plate. It makes the transition look cleaner and also protects the center of the factory front bumper from debris and impacts. It is cut from 3/16 inch 5052 aluminum and finished in a black powder coat, with a smooth, flat surface that slides over obstacles. It is made in the USA.
Installation is a direct bolt-on with no drilling, and all hardware is included. RCI says it installs in minutes.
Fitment
RCI confirms fitment for the 2019-2024 Subaru Forester and lists 2019-2025 as suspected. This lip only mounts to the RCI engine skid plate, so you must have the engine skid plate installed first.
Install notes
Shipping weight is 11 lb. RCI publishes an installation guide for the 19-24 Forester front lip. The lip is made to order, so it ships on a lead time. RCI posts current lead times on its website, and we can check where things stand.
