How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit

This is the Prinsu rack for the 3rd generation Subaru Forester, 2009-2013. It is full aluminum construction, so it will not rust, and the modular layout lets you configure the roof for whatever you are hauling.
Load ratings are 600 lb dynamic and 1,000 lb static. The vendor's page for this rack is short and does not list weight, hardware or install steps, so we leave them out.
