What's covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original buyer owns the product
- Prinsu decides whether to repair, replace, refund or give store credit
What's not covered
- Powder-coated finish, cosmetic rust and scratches
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, racing or competition use, unlawful vehicle use
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Misuse, neglect, overloading, poor installation or maintenance, or not following instructions
- Damage to the vehicle, cargo or other property
How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit
