How to make a Carbon Offroad warranty claim
- If not registered, start with the dealer you bought from; registered owners can go straight to Carbon
- Send proof of purchase, order number, model or serial number
- Include clear photos or video of the fault plus photos of the wiring install
- Carbon tries to diagnose remotely first
- Do not ship anything back until you get written return instructions

A double line pull multiplies your winch's capability, and the usual way to do it is with a steel snatch block. This combo swaps the block for a billet aluminum recovery ring plus a 650 mm soft shackle. Together they are lighter than a block, quicker to rig and have no heavy metal parts that become a risk if something lets go. The vendor positions it for use with a synthetic winch rope.
The ring is machined from solid 6061 T6 aluminum with a 98 mm (3 7/8 in) outer diameter and a 30 mm (1 3/16 in) inner diameter, rated to 12,500 kg (27,500 lbs). A low-friction black anodized finish helps the line run smoothly. The soft shackle is UHMWPE rope, 11 mm x 650 mm, with a 15,000 kg (33,000 lb) minimum breaking strain and a braided sheath. The vendor says it can be run through recovery points or connected to a tree trunk protector.
