- Factory defects in materials or workmanship
- Non-commercial, recreational use only
- Free registration within 90 days of purchase extends electrical and water coverage to 7 years
- Remedies range from remote troubleshooting and parts to repair, replacement or refund
- Carbon pays return freight on approved claims
What's not covered
- Misuse, accidents, collisions or overloading
- Wrong installation or wiring; no isolator switch or failsafe fitted
- Weak battery or inadequate power supply
- Commercial, fleet, mining, trade or professional recovery use
- Hoisting or crane use
- Normal wear, cosmetic wear and UV fading
- Wear parts such as rubber, seals, brushes and rope wear
How to make a Carbon Offroad warranty claim
- If not registered, start with the dealer you bought from; registered owners can go straight to Carbon
- Send proof of purchase, order number, model or serial number
- Include clear photos or video of the fault plus photos of the wiring install
- Carbon tries to diagnose remotely first
- Do not ship anything back until you get written return instructions
