How to make a Carbon Offroad warranty claim
- If not registered, start with the dealer you bought from; registered owners can go straight to Carbon
- Send proof of purchase, order number, model or serial number
- Include clear photos or video of the fault plus photos of the wiring install
- Carbon tries to diagnose remotely first
- Do not ship anything back until you get written return instructions

Utility ropes often fail under real recovery loads. This one is a 10 mm (3/8 in) by 5 m (16 3/8 ft) 100% UHMWPE rope with a 12000 kg (26400 lb) breaking strain, made to cover the gap between your winch and an anchor, or to serve as a bridle across two recovery points.
It carries a full-length loose protective sleeve against rock and abrasive mud, and reflective fibers woven in so it glows in headlights. It rolls up small enough for a seat pocket or small recovery bag, and the UHMWPE will not rust or burr like wire.
Fitment
Not vehicle-specific. It is a static rope, so it suits winching, bridles and towing rather than snatch recoveries.
