Protection Package for Jeep Wrangler JL 2.0L 2-Door: Bellypan, CAD Skid & LCA Skids
Two-door Wranglers get wheeled hard on tight trails, and the short wheelbase drags the belly over ledges the long trucks straddle. The Artec Industries JL 2.0L Protection Package outfits the 2-door Jeep Wrangler JL with the 2.0L turbo (2018+) for exactly that use: a full-length bellypan of 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum on 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets, with a hinged oil-access door so the skid never has to come off for an oil change. Artec sweetens the order with a free front CAD skid, a free pair of rear LCA skids, an embroidered hat, and a $100 instant rebate versus buying piece by piece.
Features
- Full-length 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum bellypan sized for the 2-door JL
- Shields the oil pan, transmission, and transfer case behind one smooth surface
- Hinged oil-access door for oil changes with the skid in place
- 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets tie the system into factory mounting points
- Flat underbelly slides over obstacles where stamped OEM skids snag
- Free front CAD skid guards the axle disconnect actuator in 1/4" welded, powder-coated steel
- Free rear LCA skids: 1/4" boxed steel pair over the rear control-arm mounts
- Countersunk OEM-thread hardware, fully bolt-on; free hat and $100 instant rebate
Order this version only for a 2-door JL with the 2.0L turbo, 2018 and up — Artec cuts the oil door and exhaust clearance per engine and year, so the 3.6L 2-door needs the JL 3.6L 2021+ package or the JL 3.6L 2018-2020 package, and 4-door owners the JLU 2.0L package. No welding anywhere in the install. More options live in our skid plates collection.

Protection Package for Jeep Wrangler JL 2.0L 2-Door: Bellypan, CAD Skid & LCA Skids FAQs
How do I know this is the right package for my Jeep?
Check three things: body style, engine, and year. This listing covers the 2-door Jeep Wrangler JL with the 2.0L turbo, 2018 and up. Artec cuts the oil-access door and exhaust clearance differently for each engine and year range, so a 3.6L or a 4-door JLU needs its own package listing.
Will installing it require welding or drilling?
No. The bellypan bolts to factory mounting points through 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets with countersunk bolts cut to OEM thread pitch, and both free skids bolt on the same way. An afternoon with hand tools covers the whole package.
What are the two free skids for?
The front CAD skid is 1/4" fully welded, powder-coated steel that shields the Center Axle Disconnect actuator — a notoriously exposed part on the JL front axle. The rear LCA skids are a pair of 1/4" boxed steel guards for the rear lower control-arm mounts, which otherwise take direct rock strikes.
