APEX UCA Gusset for Artec APEX Truss Upper Link Mounts
The APEX UCA Gusset is the small filler piece that ties Artec's APEX Truss Upper Link Mounts to an APEX truss. When you set upper link brackets at the angle and width your suspension geometry actually needs, a gap opens between the bracket base and the truss plate; this laser-cut 1/4" steel gusset bridges that gap so the bracket lands with full contact and takes a strong, clean weld. It is a fabrication component for builders running custom link suspension on an APEX-truss-equipped axle, and at a few dollars each it is cheap insurance under an upper link mount that carries real load.
