Wide 3/4" High Misalignment Spacers - Stainless Steel (Pair)

$18.69

These wide-profile stainless spacers from Artec Industries let a 3/4"-bore heim run in a 2.625"-wide bracket — the width used on many factory and aftermarket link mounts and on Artec's own large-joint brackets. Machined from 303 stainless and sold as a pair, they fill the extra bracket width, pass a 9/16" bolt, and extend the ball's working angle so the link articulates further before the joint binds. The practical payoff: you can run a 3/4" joint in 2.625" brackets today and step up to a larger joint later without cutting the brackets off the axle.

Features

  • Machined 303 stainless steel resists corrosion and galling
  • Sized for any heim or rod end with a 3/4" bore
  • Wide profile fills a 2.625" bracket — a common stock and aftermarket width
  • 9/16" through-hole for the mounting bolt
  • High-misalignment shape adds articulation before bind
  • Sold as a pair, enough for one joint

Universal hardware — measure your bracket width (2.625" inside), joint bore (3/4"), and bolt (9/16") before ordering. They're a natural match for the JMX Pro 3/4" rod end; narrower mounts should run the standard 3/4" high misalignment spacers at 1.75" installed width. Every bore and width combination is in steering joint components.

Wide 3/4" High Misalignment Spacers FAQs

What bracket and joint combination do these fit?

They are made for a 3/4"-bore heim or rod end mounting in a bracket with a 2.625" inside width, secured by a 9/16" bolt. Measure all three dimensions before ordering — if your bracket is narrower, the standard 3/4" spacers at 1.75" installed width are the right call.

Why run wide spacers instead of new brackets?

Because 2.625" is the width of many factory and Artec large-joint brackets, these spacers let a 3/4" joint drop straight in. That means no cutting and rewelding, and if you later upgrade to a 1.25" rod end with 1" spacers, the same brackets still work.

Do high misalignment spacers really add articulation?

Yes. The shaped ends move the pivot outboard of the joint body, so the link swings through a wider arc before the rod end contacts the bracket. On a flexy solid-axle rig that translates directly to more usable travel without binding or bending hardware.
