Ultimate Coil Bracket with Coil Seat, Shock Mount & Link Brackets

$154.99

The Artec Ultimate Coil Bracket rolls the coil spring seat, shock mount, and optional lower link brackets into one weld-on assembly — the axle-side building block for a coil-sprung link suspension. Instead of juggling separate perches, shock tabs, and link mounts, you position one bracket per side and burn it in. Coil correction is stamped directly into the bucket, so the spring stands flush and straight rather than bowing on a flat plate, and a bump-formed pad with threaded retainer hardware accepts factory-style upper bumpstops. It is aimed at fabricators building or re-bracketing an axle for a linked, coil-sprung setup.

Features

  • Coil bucket, shock mount, and optional lower link brackets in one assembly
  • 3/16" mild steel coil and shock brackets; 1/4" steel lower link brackets
  • Coil correction stamped into the bucket — the spring seats flush, no bowing
  • Lower link brackets offered in 0, 10, or 22 degrees and offsettable almost any amount
  • Bump-formed bumpstop pad with threaded retainer hardware for factory-style bumpstops
  • Variants for 3.0" and 3.5" axle tubes, with or without link brackets
  • CNC laser-cut and bent; made in the USA

This is a universal fabrication bracket — measure your axle tube OD and order the 3.0" or 3.5" version, then pick the link bracket angle that matches your geometry (or skip them if you have your own plan). Everything welds on, so competent welding and paint over the bare steel are part of the job. Need just the flush spring seat on an existing plate? See the Coil Correction Plate. Related hardware lives in the coil springs collection and our axle bracket collection.

Specifications

  • Coil and shock brackets: 3/16" mild steel

  • Bumpstop: Bump-formed pad with threaded retainer hardware for factory-style bumpstops
  • Axle tube fit: 3.0" or 3.5" OD, by variant
  • Installation: Weld-on; bare steel needs paint
  • Origin: CNC laser-cut and bent, made in the USA

Ultimate Coil Bracket with Coil Seat, Shock Mount & Link Brackets FAQs

Which variant do I need for my axle?

Measure the outside diameter of your axle tube: order the 3.0" version for 3.0" tubes or the 3.5" version for 3.5" tubes. Then choose a lower link bracket angle — 0, 10, or 22 degrees — based on your link geometry, or the no-link-bracket option if you are supplying your own mounts.

What does the stamped coil correction actually do?

A coil spring has a curved bottom, so on a flat seat it bows and leans under load. The correction profile is stamped into the bucket itself, letting the spring sit flush and stand straight through its travel. You get a properly loaded coil without adding a separate correction plate.

Is this a bolt-on part?

No — the brackets weld to the axle housing, and the separate link brackets are positioned and welded to suit your geometry. That makes it a fabrication component, so plan on competent welding, and paint the bare steel when the work is done. The threaded bumpstop retainer hardware is included.
