Lower Link Frame Bracket (Single)

$49.99

The Artec Industries Lower Link Frame Bracket gives the lower bar of a custom 3-link or 4-link a strong, accurately located pickup on the chassis. The lower links take the biggest hits in a link suspension — braking, acceleration, and rock strikes all feed through them — so this bracket boxes the joint in 1/4" steel and adds a skid plate under it, while the teardrop profile welds up looking like deliberate fab work instead of an afterthought tab. A top-access grease fitting means the joint stays serviceable after weld-in.

Features

  • Built from 1/4" boxed steel plate, CNC laser cut and bent
  • 2.625" mounting width with a 9/16" bolt hole for common cartridge joints
  • Bolt hole drills out for 1.25" rod ends with high-misalignment spacers
  • Skid plate protects the joint from impact without restricting movement
  • Top-access grease fitting for maintenance after installation
  • Teardrop boxed profile for a clean, one-off look
  • Made in the USA

It is a universal weld-on part sold as a single — order per lower link, confirm your joint measures 2.625" wide, plan on at least 1" of lift, and paint the bare steel after welding. The matching axle end is the Lower Link Axle Brackets, uppers land on the Inner Frame Bracket, and consolidated mounts are covered by the Dual 4-Link Bracket. Lower Link Frame Bracket (Single) FAQs

Is this one bracket or a pair?

It is a single bracket, so order one per lower link at the frame — a typical build uses two. It is universal rather than vehicle-specific: you position it on your chassis to suit your link geometry, then weld it in place.

What joints does it take?

The 2.625" mounting width and 9/16" bolt hole fit common large cartridge joints such as Johnny, Flex, and Ballistic styles. For 1.25" rod ends, drill the hole out and use high-misalignment spacers to fill the mounting width.

What should I know before welding it in?

Verify your joint width, set the bracket location off your planned link geometry, and plan on at least 1" of lift. It carries suspension load, so use proper structural welds, and since it ships bare steel, prime and paint once fabrication is finished. The joint stays greaseable through the top afterward.
