Ultimate Dana 60 Aluminum High Steer Arms - Pair, 6-Bolt with Keyway
These Ultimate Dana 60 high steer arms move the tie rod and drag link to the top of the knuckle, pulling your steering up out of the rocks and correcting the geometry that goes wrong on a lifted 1-ton front end. Each pair is CNC-machined from billet 7075 aluminum with a 6-bolt-plus-keyway pattern cut for Solid Axle Industries knuckles, so the arm indexes positively and the keyway carries load instead of the bolts alone. At roughly a third of the weight of a comparable steel arm, they trim unsprung weight off the front axle without giving up strength. Built for fabricators running crossover or full-hydraulic steering on a 1-ton swap.
Features
- CNC-machined from billet 7075 aluminum for a high strength-to-weight ratio
- 6-bolt mounting pattern with keyway indexed to Solid Axle Industries knuckles
- Keyway shares steering load with the bolts for a positive, secure fit
- Roughly one third the weight of an equivalent steel high steer arm
- Accepts the optional 60 Knuckle Bolt Kit to put a full-hydro tie rod in double shear
- Works with crossover (high-steer) and full-hydraulic steering layouts
- Sold as a matched driver and passenger pair
Confirm your knuckles use the Solid Axle Industries 6-bolt-with-keyway pattern before ordering — these are not a drop-in for factory Jeep knuckles. Build the linkage with the Crossover Steering Kit with 7/8" JMX rod ends or the Full Hydro Tie Rod Kit, add the 60 Knuckle Bolt Kit for double shear, and browse more options in our tie rods and steering collection.

Ultimate Dana 60 Aluminum High Steer Arms FAQs
What axle and knuckles do these arms fit?
They are machined for a Dana 60 front axle running Solid Axle Industries knuckles with the 6-bolt-plus-keyway high-steer pattern. They will not bolt to factory Jeep knuckles or other bolt patterns, so verify your knuckle pattern before ordering.
Can I run these with full hydraulic steering?
Yes. The arms work with both crossover and full-hydro layouts. For full hydro, add the 60 Knuckle Bolt Kit to place the tie rod in double shear, and pair the arms with Artec's Full Hydro Tie Rod Kit and a double-ended ram.
Why choose aluminum over steel arms?
Billet 7075 aluminum delivers the strength a high steer arm needs at roughly a third of the weight of steel. That takes unsprung weight off the front axle and lightens the steering system without sacrificing durability.
