3/4" High Misalignment Spacers - Stainless Steel (Pair)

$18.69

These stainless high misalignment spacers from Artec Industries unlock the full working angle of a 3/4"-bore rod end, letting steering and suspension links swing through a much wider arc before the joint binds against its mount. They slip into either side of the heim, reduce the effective bolt diameter, and set the joint to a 1.75" installed width on a 3/4" rod end. Offered in two bolt bores — 9/16" (SP1201) and 5/8" (SP1202) — and sold as a matched pair, they are the standard-width companion to Artec's 3/4" joints.

Features

  • Machined stainless steel for corrosion resistance in a high-wear location
  • Fits any heim or rod end with a 3/4" bore
  • Extends joint misalignment angle for more travel and steering swing
  • 1.75" installed width on a 3/4" rod end
  • Bolt bore options: 9/16" (SP1201) or 5/8" (SP1202)
  • Sold as a matched pair for one joint

Universal hardware for any 3/4"-bore joint — check your mounting bolt size and bracket gap against the 1.75" installed width before ordering. They finish a JMX Pro 3/4" rod end cleanly; if your bracket measures 2.625" across, step to the wide 3/4" spacers, and 7/8"-bore joints take the 7/8" spacers. The whole stainless line is in steering joint components.

3/4" High Misalignment Spacers FAQs

What rod ends do these fit?

Any heim joint or rod end with a 3/4" bore, including Artec’s JMX Pro 3/4" rod ends. Installed on a 3/4" rod end they set the joint to a 1.75" overall width, so measure your bracket gap against that dimension.

Which bolt bore should I choose?

Match the spacer to your mounting hardware: SP1201 is bored for a 9/16" bolt and SP1202 for a 5/8" bolt. Everything else about the two versions — bore fit, installed width, and stainless construction — is identical.

Do I need one pair per joint?

Yes. The spacers install one on each side of the rod end ball, which is how they are designed to run — centering the joint in the bracket while extending its misalignment angle. Order one pair for every 3/4"-bore joint you are building.
