How to make a Prinsu Design Studio warranty claim
- Submit the claim through the online form on prinsu.com/warranty (phone claims are not accepted)
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Wait for an RMA number before shipping
- Ship to the address given with the RMA, with the RMA number clearly on the box; buyer pays return shipping
- Use tracked, insured shipping because Prinsu isn't responsible for loss in transit

This panel replaces the rungs on your existing Prinsu ladder ladder with a laser-cut aluminum plate. You still get footholds for climbing, because bolt-on steps are provided, but you also get slots and a Rotopax mounting location on the ladder itself.
It uses the ladder-side rail hardware that is already on the ladder, so it is a bolt-on change rather than a new ladder. The aluminum is lightweight and powder coated black to resist wear.
Fitment
Works with existing Prinsu ladders, with one exception: it does not fit the 5th Gen 4Runner ladder, which has its own panel. The 3 rung size only works with ladders for larger SUVs that have a flat surface with 3 rings on it, which the vendor lists as Sequoia, LC250, GX550 and GX460. The 2 rung size is the general choice.

No. That ladder has its own dedicated panel.
Which ladders can take the 3 rung panel?
Ladders for larger SUVs with a flat surface carrying 3 rings: Sequoia, LC250, GX550 and GX460.
Can I still climb the ladder?
Yes. The panel replaces the rungs but bolt-on steps are provided.
Can I carry fuel on it?
It provides a location to mount Rotopax gas tanks.
